Access to Information Required for a Local Authority Search Enquiry

Leicestershire County Council recognises the need to comply with the Department of Communities and Local Government, Good Practice Guidance, and therefore provides the means to answer all of the enquiries that appear on the Local Authority Search (CON29R and CON29O) where the County Council is the authority for the enquiry.
