What Is a Personal Search?

A Personal Search is an inspection in person of the Local Land Charges Register. The Personal Search agent may also wish to gather information required to complete the additional questions on the Con29R or O forms.

Usually personal searches are carried out by companies acting on behalf of a solicitor; however they can also be carried out by members of the public.
